FLOOR CONCRETE
The surcharge for floor concretes compared to normal concrete is +4 €/m³ from strength class C20/25.
FIBRE-REINFORCED CONCRETES
Steel fibre concrete
Mainly used for pouring concrete floors, reinforcing mesh is not necessary. Depending on the floor construction and the loads, the type and quantity of steel fibre per m³ is determined.
The price of steel fibre depends on the type and quantity of fibres.
Concrete with synthetic fibre
Mainly used for levelling concrete floors, it reduces the formation of shrinkage cracks. The price of synthetic fibre depends on the type and quantity of fibre.
FROST-RESISTANT (XF) AND WATERPROOF (W) CONCRETE (# 16; S3)
LR – limestone rubble; GR – granite rubble.
The frost resistance of the FR-class is determined according to the standard EVS 814:2020.

ANTI-FREEZING CONCRETES (# 16)
Price per 1 m³.
Anti-freezing concrete is concrete containing additives; its structure is not damaged at temperatures up to -15 ºC. The hardening of such concrete is very slow and activates when the temperature rises above 0 ºC. Anti-freezing concrete is only used in cases where additional heating is not possible.
Compressive strength class | Temperature -5 °C | Temperature -10 °C | Temperature -15 °C |
---|---|---|---|
C30/37 | 166 € | 178 € | 199 € |
ADDITIVE TO REDUCE THE COLD EFFECT
The surcharge for the concrete, compared to the cost of 1 m³ of normal concrete, is as follows:
Ambient temperature | Surcharge |
---|---|
Up to -5˚C | + 14.00 €/m³ |
-5˚C to -10˚C | + 22.00 €/m³ |
-10 °C to -15 °C | + 33.00 €/m³ |
MEASURING CONCRETE TEMPERATURE AND DEGREE OF MATURITY
Betoonimeister offers its customers the measurement of the temperature of concrete and the degree of maturity of concrete in relation to its standard compressive strength. Measurements are taken with a Testo logger for up to 28 days at 1-hour logging intervals.
Measurement at a single measuring point: 110 € per procedure
Work of a laboratory technician on a construction site: 45 € per h
Determination of the compressive strength of the sample 25 € per sample
Transport costs in Tallinn: 60 € per procedure
Transport costs outside Tallinn: 1.3 €/km (minimum 50 €)
WORKING ON HOLIDAYS
If the customer orders concrete for Sundays, public holidays and weekdays between 19.00–07.00, +20% will be added to the prices for concrete and services in this price list.
WARM CONCRETE
Warm concrete is dispensed between 1 November and 15 April, or when the outside temperature is below + 5 ˚C. At this time, the concrete aggregate materials and water are heated by the POLARMATIC system to achieve a concrete temperature of +15 ˚C at the time of delivery from the plant.
Surcharge on the cost of 1 m³ of concrete, according to the outside temperature:
In the case of outside temperature + 5 ˚C to – 5 ˚C, the surcharge will be 8 €/m³
In the case of outside temperature – 5 ˚C to – 15 ˚C, the surcharge will be 16 €/m³
OTHER ADDITIONS
Additive for air-entraining, from 5 €/m³
Superplasticizers, from €6/m³
Anti-calcification inhibitor, from 3 € /m³
Accelerator of calcification, from 8 € /m³
RECYCLING OF RESIDUAL CONCRETE
The cost of recycling the concrete mix sent back to the concrete plant by the customer is 50 €/m³.
TRANSPORT AND PUMPING PRICES
Concrete truck prices
Concrete mixer up to 7.5 m3, up to 30 km from the plant: 70 €/h.
Concrete mixer up to 7.5 m3, up to 30 km from the plant: 2.0 €/km + 70 €/h on site.
3–5 m3, up to 30 km from the plant: according to the tariff below.
3–5 m3, more than 30 km from the plant: 2.0 €/km + working time on site according to the tariff below.
Concrete pump: 2.0 €/km + working time on site according to the tariff below.
The cost of working time of the truck-mounted concrete pump and boom on site depends on the length of the truck-mounted concrete pump/boom pole:
Boom pole up to 24 m: 120 €/h
Boom pole from 24 m to 32 m: 130 €/h
Truck-mounted concrete pump with pole 28 m: 150 €/h
Truck-mounted concrete pump with pole 36 m: 160 €/h
Truck-mounted concrete pump with pole 42 m: 180 €/h
Truck-mounted concrete pump with pole 47 m: 200 €/h
Under special works we include the following options for pumping concrete mix:
- pumping concrete containing metal fibres: 4 €/m³
- pumping with a pipeline or hose line longer than 30 m: 0.20 € / m³
- negotiable fees for installation, removal and washing of the pipeline.
The customer always has the option to come to the concrete plant with their own transport or to organise the necessary concrete transport themselves.
NB! The specific weight of 1 m³ of concrete is ~2.4 tonnes!
The calculation of working time for the boom and mixing truck starts with the loading of the load at the plant, for the truck-mounted concrete pump the calculation of working time will start with machine leaving the plant. The working time ends when the vehicle returns to the plant. The return journey from the construction site will be calculated on the basis of the same time spent driving to the construction site. The preparation, assembly and on-site washing of the boom and truck-mounted concrete pump are also included in the working time.
